AERONET ANNOUNCES NEW GENERAL MANAGER FOR PHOENIX

Irvine, CA – April 1, 2004

Aeronet, a leader in integrated logistics solutions, announced the appointment of Mark Pereira to the position of General Manager for the Phoenix, Arizona Terminal. The Phoenix Terminal is the latest addition to the Aeronet Network and is located near the Sky Harbor Airport.

Pereira will be responsible for the Arizona market and will report directly to James Taef, Aeronet Regional Vice President for the Southwest. Prior to this appointment, Mark Pereira was the General Manager of the Aeronet Santa Ana, California Terminal. "Our nationwide expansion program continues at a strong pace. As an Aeronet veteran, Mark will ensure that the same quality services and innovative logistics solutions known as the �Aeronet Way' of serving our clients, will also drive our Arizona operations," said James Taef.

The Phoenix office is prepared to meet the logistics and distributions demands of domestic and international clients with a full range of value added services. The office is linked to the Aeronet Network and to clients by way of Aerotrac, Aeronet's state of the art operating system.
